Designer biography:

Jewelry designer with over a decade of experience, my practice explores the relationship between material, body, and invisible forces. Initially working with traditional materials such as silver and gold, my approach has gradually shifted toward experimentation with alternative materials and processes. My work focuses on transformation, instability, and the tension between control and unpredictability. Through the use of unconventional materials, I investigate how jewelry can move beyond ornament, becoming a space where physical and emotional conditions intersect.

Collection concept:

Field Conditions was created while my home country was experiencing violence, internet shutdowns, and the silencing of its people. Being physically distant, I witnessed a reality where voices were present but could not be heard. Iron filings suspended within glass forms become a metaphor for bodies held within invisible constraints. Activated by magnetic forces, they shift, gather, and disperse, suggesting both control and resistance. The collection carries an ongoing relevance, reflecting a condition of fragility, pressure, and unresolved tension that continues to shape both personal and collective experience.
