Between September 30 and October 4, 2026, over 300 designers from more than 50 countries will open the seventh edition of Romanian Jewelry Week, the largest international event in Romania dedicated to contemporary jewelry.

The jewelry week opens on Wednesday, September 30, at 6:00 PM, at the National Library of Romania, with the official opening and an exclusive preview of the jewelry fair, which will reveal its full scale on October 3 and 4.

Alongside the fair, this year’s program brings together 17 international collective exhibitions, including Global Creative Graduate Showcase, A Shared Silence (Iran), Legnica Silver Festival, Precious Collective, Maralkunst (Norway), Saudi Metalsmith, International Amber Association, Krama Team Greece, MindMink Edition, Slovenian Jewelry Week, Unnecessary Jewellery, Plus One Collective, Assamblage School, The Sense of Beauty, Adoc Madrid and Clova Miniature Art.

Romanian Jewelry Week highlights

Romanian Jewelry Week Summit 2026 - For the first time, jury members, renowned curators and professionals from the international industry come together as part of the, a forum dedicated to dialogue and the exchange of ideas on the evolution of contemporary jewelry and its relationship with art, design, industry and new creative practices.

Miniature jewelry art - CLOVA SATELITTLE™️ is a CLOVA Miniature Art Fair-developed exhibition format. For RoJW 2026, CLOVA introduces Gathering, a curatorial concept exploring the space between contemporary jewelry and miniature art. Artists: Raul Bratu, Anca Vintilă Dragu, Smaranda Isar, Ecaterina Poca, Paul Popa, Ioana Stelea, Teodora Vasilescu, Mona Vulpoiu, Adrian Piorescu. 

Arts meets jewelry: Dessinez-moi un bijou introduces a new perspective on jewelry, an exhibition in which visual artists also present their passion for jewelry: Roberta Curcă, Denis Nanciu, Liliana Basarab, Mihaela Moldovan, Raluca Băraru, Diana Vasilescu.

AlbAlb, a partner location since the very first edition, AlbAlb opens its doors with a special guest: Focus Designer: Kalita Jewelry, September 30 – October 4.

Future Generation by Banca Transilvania continues its  special scholarship section dedicated to three young Romanian contemporary jewelry designers, with a focus on promotion and entrepreneurial education.

Growing Gems, a new section dedicated to artists for whom stone-cutting itself becomes a creative and conceptual practice. The section's jury brings together Sharareh Aghaei, winner of the 2023 Grand Prize, Sławomir Fijałkowski, David Sandu, and Julia Maria Kunap.

October 2nd

2:00 PM – 5:30 PM: First International Romanian Jewelry Week Summit at National Library of Romania with jury members from the official board and the special awards section.

Romanian Jewelry Week Summit 2026 - Designed as a cornerstone of artistic and cultural exchange, the ROJW Summit brings together for the first time jury members, world-class curators and global industry experts for an intimate exploration of contemporary jewelry’s evolving landscape. The summit will facilitate a rare, front-row seat at this high-level dialogue, through structured debate and knowledge sharing of the field of contemporary design on a global scale.
