Designer biography:

Fabric is a handcrafted chocolate manufactury. Originally trained in packaging design, I became fascinated by chocolate as a material and its rich diversity. Over time, gastronomy and design became closely intertwined in my practice. I find it inspiring when people first perceive my chocolates as objects rather than edible products. Taste enters the experience only afterwards, eventually becoming inseparable from form. This moment led me to carry the idea further into metal. I create bean-to-bar chocolates, where the process begins with the cacao bean and continues to the final bar — and more recently, to jewelry. This is the origin of the “bean to jewelry” concept.

Collection concept

The collection explores the gesture of preserving the unpreservable. It captures the moment before disappearance. I work with the surfaces of handmade chocolate, preserving their fragile, tactile textures by transforming them into jewelry. Each piece carries the imprint of an inherently ephemeral process — melting, touch, and transformation — allowing it to outlive its natural temporality. Positioned at the intersection of gastronomy and contemporary jewelry, the work reconsiders traditional hierarchies of material and value, interpreting jewelry not as decoration, but as imprint and material evidence.
