Mona Alharbi is an emerging Saudi jeweler whose creations bridge heritage, modern artistry, and a deeply personal legacy. Mona’s journey into the world of jewelry began in 2004 as a tribute to her mother, whose encouragement led her to take her first design and fabrication courses. Following the heartbreaking loss of her mother, Mona paused her craft, setting her tools aside for years. However, true passion is resilient. In 2019, she returned to the bench, taking advanced metal forming and jewelry making courses that permanently reignited her creative spark.
Today, Mona channels her emotion into wearable art. Her style honors authentic Saudi craftsmanship, utilizing traditional techniques like: Granulation, metal beadwork and original, historic Saudi coins By blending these ancient textures with a clean, contemporary aesthetic, she creates pieces that tell a story of cultural pride. Mona's return to industry was celebrated at the prestigious Banan 2025 Exhibition. The overwhelming acclaim from visitors served as a powerful confirmation of her purpose. For Mona, the event was a beautiful, full-circle moment—proving that her mother's early vision was right, and that her decision to reclaim her destiny as a jeweler was exactly where she was meant to be.
