QIANG LI
Biography:
Qiang Li was born in China and studied Industrial Design (BA) and (MA) and followed this with an MA (Jewellery and Metal) at the Royal College of Art. She currently lives in London working to establish her jewellery brand alongside a position as a part-time Research Fellow at Monash University-Suzhou, China.
Collection Concept: BREAKFAST
Breakfast is magical for me. It can create memories about a person, a family, a place, a city, a country. Breakfast starts my day and is the way I most desire to explore new local cultures. My delicious “Breakfast” jewellery collection tells the story of breakfast in the Eastern and the Western traditions, arousing people's shared memories. This series has expanded to ‘Treats’ as well, because everybody loves a treat.
