Collection Concept:

Indigo is a deep, awe-inspiring colour, and it is known that indigo is a rare colour in nature. The pure natural indigo extraction in craft products is always valuable and expensive. The piece of jewellery made in this project is the experiments with various techniques that stand on the blue and white theme. The central part is blue and white ceramic. This technique originated in China. The unique ceramic part is that the artist pressed the clay with a textile technique from India, a wooden block print that left the pattern texture on the clay. The structure is assembled with silver added with blue flowers in the hot enamel technique. The enamel cover on metal has a glaze effect. These combinations blend flavours of indigo that tell a story of its value. In addition, jewellery reflected the artist's uniqueness and represented her own experiences in textile from India and her potential in jewellery making.
