Biography:
Debby Wang’s BA major is installation art. She has a MA degree in Jewellery & Metalwork from Sheffield Hallam University and has been engaged in jewellery related work for more than three years. Miss Wang has a jewellery technology and advertising design license. Recently, setting up a personal jewellery brand and expressing herself with contemporary jewellery.
Collection Concept:
Can contemporary jewellery objects that encourage interaction helps us to imagine connecting with and observing alien life? In my playable jewellery installation, use metal and crystal as the major material, the audience connects to the outside world through interaction with my jewellery, inspiring thinking, creativity, connectivity, and observation of the world, light and shadow in every step. It is also like a small sculpture or device, which can be connected with the environment from time to time in daily life.
